Donor Opportunities

The Mission of our school is to nurture a healthy and creative learning climate where children will gain an understanding of, and a respect for each other together with a love of learning. In order to enhance each childās own opportunity for success, an active partnership of home and school, Judaism and community is vital.

We rely on donors to help us continue our work, as tuition, fees and donations only cover 88% of our budget. The missing 12% is you.

Please select from an Operating Fund below and help us continue in our holy work.

Annual Fund

The Annual Fund allows Greenfield to maintain its tradition of excellence by supporting the schoolās operating budget and various programs. This unrestricted donation allows the school to allocate these donor dollars to the most valuable programs at the time, including both secular and Jewish programming. This annual pledge becomes a vital part of our continued stability and future growth. Pledges may be made over: one, three or five year period.

General Fund

On-going programs of excellence require constant funding. Our outstanding science lab, reading lab, computer lab and TV network production require state-of-the-art equipment. Donations to our General Fund are used for on-going support of these programs, together with other special events throughout the school year. Donations which are not designated will be applied to the General Fund.

Scholarship Fund

Our most difficult decision is allocating our limited dollars to the many families who desperately want to send their children to our Jewish day school. Although the school allocates more than 10% of its operating budget to scholarships, it is never enough. Your donation to this fund will enable worthy students to have a comprehensive Jewish education and an outstanding secular education.

Cultural Arts Fund

The creative arts are vital to the growth and development of children. This fund specifically underwrites extraordinary art projects otherwise not funded within our exceptional art program. For example, in the last three years, this program has funded Jewish a cappella singers from Yale and Tufts Universities to inspire our children. Our on-going Art program allows our children to express their Jewish and secular souls through many art forms. There is so much more we could do, please consider this Fund.

Technology Fund

Students in grades 6-8 each are required to have a state of the art laptop computer. So often the modest cost of a laptop prevents a student from participating fully in their classes. This fund helps augment those students for whom the cost of a laptop is out of reach.
